Have you ever been placed in an insurance network without your knowledge? WSDA wants to hear about your experience through this network leasing survey. Network leasing is when insurance carriers lease or rent the “in-network” relationship they have established with you without your consent or knowledge, significantly impacting the insurance benefits available to patients.

This brief survey, anticipated to take 3-5 minutes of your time, will close on Monday, Oct. 17. For ease, WSDA recommends the staff member with the most insurance knowledge complete the survey.

The survey questions were developed by WSDA’s newly established Dental Benefits Committee. The Committee is responsible for investigating and analyzing dental benefits related member issues, conducting outreach with dental benefits carriers operating in Washington, establishing a working relationship with the Office of the Insurance Commissioner, and collaborating on the substance and implementation of the Association’s dental benefits advocacy agenda. Survey results will be anonymous and used to guide the Association’s dental benefits advocacy for the 2023 legislative session.
