The Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) has put together a series of 45-minute webinars for both employers and employees to learn more about Washington’s employment laws and rights. Depending on the topic, the webinar may cover worker’ rights, overtime rules, and the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. The schedule for each webinar, according to topic, is listed below:

To register for one of these webinars, go to the L&I Workshops/Training website, search for the topic that you are interested in, such as “Employer Guide to Workers’ Rights,” select the date and time from the results, and follow L&I’s registration process.
