Due to the heightened need, shortage of supply and high price of PPE, a collaborative group of healthcare associations and organizations have come together to help facilitate group purchasing of vetted, high-quality PPE.

This effort is sponsored by a large number of Washington healthcare associations — for a full list please see “Our Current Group Buy” here. These healthcare organizations have joined together to make a group buy of the following with PPE.Exchange:

• BYD NIOSH Approved N95 Respirators
• 3 Ply Surgical Masks – ASTM Level 3
• Level 3 Surgical Gowns Disposable (Non-sterile)

With a great submission response of pre-orders, we were able to negotiate the following rates: $2.88 per N95 respirator, $0.20 per Level 3 mask and $3.40 per Level 3 surgical gowns (disposable). Prices include shipping costs.

3. You may pay with a credit card, by bank ACH, or with a wire transfer. Please make your payment no later than Friday, Dec. 11, 2020. You can expect delivery of within three weeks.

Some items to note:

• Orders by the Case: Cases of N95 respirators include 20 boxes/960 individual respirators, cases of Level-3 surgical masks include 40 boxes/2,000 individual masks, and gowns are 40 units per case. Orders by the case will be shipped directly to your location.

• Orders by the Box: For respirators and masks, orders by the box are available. All orders by the box will be shipped to one of three designated pick-up locations – in Snohomish County, Pierce County and Spokane County – which you will select on the payment form. Location details along with pick-up days, times and procedures will be sent to all who ordered by the box.
• Out of State: Orders outside of Washington state must be made by the case only. They will ship directly to your location but may incur additional shipping costs and longer shipping times.
