Updated Back to Work Toolkit & DQAC Meeting Postponed
This afternoon, WSDA was invited by the Governor’s office to participate in healthcare reactivation discussions related to what happens after Proclamation 20-24 ends. These conversations will continue throughout next week and include representatives from several healthcare provider organizations. We will share updates when available. Additionally, WSDA is continuing advocacy efforts with government authorities to make sure our members have access to PPE supplies.
Updated ADA Return to Work Interim Guidance Toolkit
On May 7, ADA updated its Return to Work Interim Guidance Toolkit. In addition to some minor updates, there are now Spanish language versions of the patient “Welcome Back Reassurance Letter” and “Patient Screening Form” as well as a new “Tips to Avoid Counterfeit Masks” document.
Request Updated ToolkitDental Quality Assurance Commission Meeting Postponed
For those who tried to access the Dental Quality Assurance Commission’s special business meeting on May 8, 2020, please know the meeting was rescheduled upon its start.
The Commission’s current webinar system has a participant capacity of 250. The number of stakeholders trying to access the meeting exceeded the webinar limit; as a result the Commission had to cancel the meeting.
The Commission plans to reschedule the meeting and will determine if a different webinar system is necessary. We will be sure to provide an update once a new meeting date has been determined.
